Serra Kiliç, Senior Manager, Program Implementation and Vendor Relationships
Serra is an immigrant from Turkey who calls Boston her home. She is a full-time student studying Communication, and Clean Energy and Sustainability at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
Her first experience in the industry was with All In Energy. She worked as the Community Outreach Coordinator Intern during Fall of 2019. Serra focused on organizing tabling events, building relationships with communities, and talking to residents about the State's energy-efficiency programs. That's when she discovered her passion for and dedication to environmental justice.
She worked as an Operations Fellow at another mission-driven clean energy company after her internship with All In. Serra focused on strategizing outreach to government officials and foundations for fundraising efforts. Serra also owned top-of-the-funnel recruitment and implemented a new ATS system during her time there.
Now, Serra is back at All In Energy as the Senior Manager, Customer Action and Program Implementation. She works on navigating various energy-efficiency programs efficiently. Serra focuses on helping residents with removing barriers, implementing weatherization on their homes, and ensuring a smooth process for the various stakeholders involved.
