Rental Property Energy Advisor We’re seeking an ambitious and personable candidate to deliver home energy assessments to Massachusetts renters. These in-home visits consist of the installation of eligible instant savings measures such as LED light bulbs, programmable thermostats, high-efficiency shower heads, and smart power strips at no cost to the resident. Candidates do not need any certification or training prior to taking on this role. Building Performance Institute certification training will be provided (at no cost) upfront and ongoing training and shadowing opportunities will be made available. At the end of 2019, Rental Property Energy Advisors will have the opportunity to apply for full advisor positions at All In Energy partner home performance contractors.
Clean Energy Organizing Fellowship - Cambridge, MA We’re seeking a dynamic and passionate candidate to lead and expand our first campaign in Cambridge, MA to serve renters with energy efficiency services. This is an exciting opportunity not only to learn valuable organizing and sales skills but also to shape the future of a new and innovative non-profit organization. You’ll be working directly with the City and the co-founders of the organization and your feedback on both tactical and strategic implementation of the program will have a large impact on future campaigns. This is a full-time position that will last at least one year.
Community Outreach Event Representative We’re seeking a part-time community outreach event representative to execute our first campaign this summer in Boston. This is a critical role in a new and innovative non-profit organization. You’ll be the face of the campaign, All In Energy, and our partner organizations. Your ability to connect with community members will allow them to take advantage of valuable state and utility energy incentive programs. We specifically need help reaching Spanish, Vietnamese, Cape Verdean Creole, and Haitian Creole speakers, so we strongly encourage bi-lingual community members to apply. Most shifts are nights and weekends, so we can work around your schedule!
