Cambridge Senior Program Manager (<--click title for full description, including salary & benefits)
The Cambridge Senior Program Manager leads our collaboration with the City of Cambridge, developing and implementing outreach strategies and partnerships to reach residents, property owners and small businesses and connect them to the myriad of energy programs offered by the City of Cambridge, ranging from energy efficiency to renewable energy to clean heating and cooling programs. You’ll manage integrated projects involving team members in multiple internal departments at All In Energy to ensure that we communicate clearly with Cambridge residents through marketing materials and customer support, track and evaluate data on program effectiveness, and guide residents through the process of accessing Cambridge’s energy-related programs.

Development and Communications Director (<--click title for full description, including salary & benefits)
We are seeking a strategic and mission-driven Development and Communications Director who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a small, diverse team. Your primary role will be to develop and execute strategies for philanthropic fundraising, in partnership with our Executive Team and Board of Directors. You will also create and oversee our organization’s external communications strategy to raise awareness of our impact and cultivate support. You will work closely with our multilingual Communications Team and 1-2 direct reports to execute these strategies. This position is a member of our Executive Team.

South Coast Programs Manager (<--click title for full description, including salary & benefits)
The Community Programs Manager role prioritizes leading a portfolio of community partnerships to develop local outreach campaigns in historically underserved communities across Massachusetts. You’ll build relationships with city officials, nonprofit leaders, energy efficiency and renewable energy vendors and local businesses to connect residents and small businesses with opportunities to save energy and money. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates throughout the organization to ensure residents benefit from statewide energy efficiency and renewable energy programs such as Mass Save® Home Energy Assessments and community-shared solar programs.

SUMMER PAID INTERNSHIPS

These positions  at All In Energy are funded by the Mass Clean Energy Center Internship Program. To participate in the program, candidates must either attend, or have graduated within the past year from, a Massachusetts college or university, or they must be a Massachusetts resident, with proof of residency, who attends an out-of-state college or university. Students pursuing a master’s degree are eligible for this program, though Ph.D. candidates are not. ​Program Administrator & Outreach Support Internship (<--click title for full description, including salary & benefits)
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate college student or recent graduate to engage residents at community events. We have a special focus on Environmental Justice Communities, or EJCs, that are disproportionately underrepresented in participation in energy efficiency programs previously. This role will primarily support the Program Coordinator’s efforts, will report to the Community Programs Director, and will attend check-ins with an assigned mentor from the program team.

​Implementation Coordinator Internship (<--click title for full description, including salary & benefits)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate college student or recent graduate to coordinate the implementation of community-led energy-efficiency programs across Massachusetts. You will play a critical role in designing and maintaining customer pathways to ensure that our target communities and partners receive high-quality experiences. You will implement systems that support communities to access programs that can save their families money, and make their homes healthier and more comfortable. You’ll also play a critical role in improving All In Energy’s organizational system and stakeholder follow-up processes. This is a unique opportunity that will allow you to work with multiple teams across the organization, the Customer Action, Marketing, and Data and Operations teams. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Customer Action and Program Implementation.

We’re seeking a passionate college student or recent graduate with experience in graphic design and social media to expand our reach and ensure residents and small businesses across the Commonwealth can benefit from nation-leading energy efficiency programs. This is an exciting opportunity not only to learn valuable skills but also to shape the future of a new and innovative non-profit organization. 
The Communications and Marketing Intern plays a critical role in developing digital and print communications materials that support 30+ communities in Massachusetts, as well as our field operations, to effectively engage residents, including in 9 different languages. Your work will directly support our community partners and help to expand a more inclusive clean energy economy in Massachusetts.

Full Stack Developer Intern (<--click title for full description, including salary & benefits)
​We
 are seeking a highly skilled and motivated frontend developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the codebase that relates to our web intake form. You will also be responsible for building testing suites for the form to ensure its functionality and reliability. Additionally, you will be responsible for automating our development environment and working with other departments to improve the web intake form.
​
To be successful in this role, you should have a moderate understanding of React JS and/or Wordpress. Python will also help with this position. If you are passionate about both frontend and backend development and have strong problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
