Solar Access Program
(SAP)

Offered by Resonant Energy, the Solar Access Program (SAP) allows any homeowner, regardless of income or credit score, to install solar on their roof and receive meaningful savings through direct on-bill credits.

How does it work?

The SAP allows you to host solar panels at no cost in exchange for clean power and energy savings. Residents may see between a 10-30% reduction in electricity costs. Any building owner can lease their roof to Resonant Energy, who will then build a solar system on it for free. To qualify, the roof must have been replaced within the last 10 years.
