Santiago Perez is a data science professional based in Boston, with over ten years experience helping organizations turn data into insight. He is currently a Data Architect at the Department of Energy's Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED). His work is centered on enabling data and learnings from the billions of dollars in projects funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and Inflation Reduction Act to flow back to industry and help inform which technologies have greatest climate change mitigation potential and commercial viability.
He was previously a Data Architect at Harvard Medical School, an Analytics team lead at B Lab (the certifying body of the B Corp sustainability certification), and was a Climate Corps Fellow at the Environmental Defense Fund.
He is passionate about addressing the climate emergency through his work, and is grateful for the opportunity to do so at All In Energy.
