Rachelle Pierre, Community Programs and Partnerships Manager
Rachelle is the Community Programs and Partnerships Manager for the South Coast specifically Fall River/Taunton/Attleboro, New Bedford/Westport, Brockton, Worcester, and Westborough.
Born and raised in Boston as a first-generation Haitian-American, she received her Bachelor of Science in both Political Science and Criminal Justice with a concentration in Public Policy and Public Administration and minors in Urban Studies and Health Science.
She is excited to assist communities in Haitian-Creole, French, and other languages to help them take advantage of the energy efficiency programs available to residents in Massachusetts. She hopes that with All in Energy, she can invest in the parts of her community left out of the clean energy conversation.
While Rachelle has several seats on alumni/national boards, she also spends her time investing in the communities that have invested in her —making sure all voices are brought to the table. Rachelle is committed to treating individuals from all walks of life with dignity while building and maintaining a community of participation, one that values change, and promotes equity and inclusivity in their association of excellence.
In her time outside work, Rachelle loves to cook, explore the outdoors with hiking and running, volunteer and serve at her local church, and has a passion for fitness/athletic training. Having experience as a health professional, she has helped people of various ages and backgrounds live an active and healthy lifestyle.
