​Mike Marsch is Chief Development Officer at BlueWave. Joining BlueWave in June 2013, Mike built and managed BlueWave's Solar Project Development and Construction team from the ground up as the company grew from tiny startup to nationally-recognized impact company. He also personally managed development of 60+ MW of ground-mounted PV projects, including two of the first community solar projects in MA and one of the largest solar projects in the Commonwealth. From 2018-2020 Mike led BlueWave's community solar services business, now branded Perch Energy, from initial revenue to successful spinout from BlueWave. Mike now oversees all project development at BlueWave including solar, energy storage, and a sustainability team dedicated to dual-use and agrivoltaics.
