Kelly Lynch coordinates implementation of city commitments to 100% clean energy with Sierra Club nationally. Previously, she advanced policies for a low-carbon, modernized, and equitable electrical grid with Union of Concerned Scientists. Kelly is a 15+ year expert in clean energy business development and community organizing. She co-led the viral marketing campaign vaulting Van Jones’ Green Collar Economy to #12 on the New York Times Bestsellers List. As co-founder of the first national student clean energy alliance in the U.S., Kelly helped unlock a global audience for Al Gore’s An Inconvenient Truth, by coordinating what was then the largest distributed U.S. climate mobilization, screening the film on more than 500 college campuses. She has a B.A. in Philosophy from the College of Wooster.
