James Cater is an Energy Efficiency Consultant at Eversource Energy. Currently, he is leading Eversource's EV Make Ready program, which seeks to enable the deployment of up to 3,500 Electric Vehicle station ports throughout the Utilities' electric service territory. He engages with and assists the City of Boston on its Climate Action planning strategies. James received his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and an M.S. in Energy Systems from Northeastern University.
