Jordan Moyer, Finance, Administration and Human Resources Fellow
Jordan is 19 and from Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, which is located just outside of Pittsburgh. She is currently a sophomore at the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. She will graduate with a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and a dual major in Sustainability. She was placed as an intern with All In Energy through the Semester in the City Program with the College for Social Innovation.

Initially, Jordan began her college career with the intention of choosing a dual major outside of Business Administration. However, just this past spring, Jordan decided on adding a dual major in Sustainability. This decision came mostly from her university efforts to have a more eco-friendly campus, as well as their focus on this topic in many of her business courses throughout her freshman year. Jordan is hopeful that her internship this fall at All In Energy will allow her to see more of how her background in business can eventually lead her to be a person of value in companies who are also interested in the same goal of environmental well-being.

In her free time, this past summer Jordan has been working with Bawtin, a marketing and business development company located in Lynchburg, Virginia. There, she was the report manager and developed a fluid reporting system for multiple companies. Jordan is looking forward to growing in both her knowledge of clean energy and the inner workings of a business.

Patrick Nkada, Data Analysis Fellow
Patrick is an introvert who is a sophomore at UMass Dartmouth, majoring in Economics and minoring in Math. It is really interesting how he is in love with mathematics now because before he was so bad in math that they had to send him back from junior to freshmen in his school in Africa because he failed in math. Since that day, Patrick made up his mind to never fail in math and it came to the point where he fell in love with it.

Patrick has a love for sports too like soccer and basketball but he mostly prefers soccer. He came from a West African country Cameroon, with his family of six siblings with his dad and his stepmom. His mom is still in Africa, as she is not married to his dad. Patrick came here with the desire to pursue the American Dream in which for right now he is on the right track.

He is currently interning in Boston at College for Social Innovation. He is going to be working at All In Energy as a data analysis. All Patrick really wants is to build a relationship with his coworkers and learn a lot from this opportunity because he hopes to continue to stay connected to them, and possibly collaborate with them, in the future.

Ana Lopez, Bilingual Communication and Marketing Fellow
Ana is in her last semester at BHCC with a major in design and visual communications.  Her background includes a bachelor's degree in Fashion Design where she discovered her passion for eco-design and how to approach sustainable and environmentally friendly models for the fashion industry.
She was born and raised in Colombia and has spent the past five years in the U.S. perfecting a second language as well as learning new skills and pursuing a second major.

She feels passionate about design and how visual communications can reach out to people and deliver messages in a more personal manner. She believes that now is the time to change the way the world interacts with the environment and therefore it should move towards cleaner energies, greener living practices, and economic models that guarantee the preservation of our natural resources and the environment.

Ana feels excited to join the All In Energy team as a bilingual communication and marketing intern. She is looking forward to building her professional skills and learning more about the clean energy industry.

Terrence Theus, Social Media Communications Fellow
Terrence is a junior at Lasell University and is currently studying to get his Bachelors in Graphic Design. Terrence has wanted to be a Graphic Designer professionally since he was in the third grade. Fortunately, he was given access to take graphic design courses in high school.

Access and classes with the Adobe suite bred his dream to have an opportunity making creative software tools accessible for people of color. Terrence realizes how big of a difference being taught how to use the Adobe suite had on his life. The Adobe suite became the launchpad for Terrence to see all of his ideas come to life. He believes that if more youth could have proper exposure to creative outlets they would excel.

Through his incoming position as a social media communications intern for
All In Energy. He hopes that he’ll gain further insight in how to connect and encourage young people of color into becoming creatives in the ever growing creative market.
Off hours you can find him skateboarding anywhere he goes.

Julia Soriano, Customer Action Fellow
Julia is an accounting student at Bunker Hill Community College.  She immigrated to the United States from El Salvador without her mother to pursue her dream of being an accountant. At Bunker Hill Community College, she’s been a service leader for the office of community engagement. There, she found one of her passions, which is helping her community and environment. When the opportunity to work for All In Energy arose, she was excited to take it. Working with All In Energy brings a lot of satisfaction to her life, because she is able to put into practice all of her knowledge of customer service and use it to help the community. Being a part of the All In Energy organization will put her one step closer to starting her bachelor's degree at Southern New Hampshire University. She’s happy for the opportunity to be with the All In Energy family.
