Erin Leahy, Community Engagement Director
Before joining All In Energy, Erin served as the Executive Director of Act on Mass, a progressive watchdog and good governance organization. There, she planned and led grassroots advocacy campaigns for State House reforms, including building a coalition of 50+ statewide and local groups, training and managing dozens of community organizers, and recruiting thousands of volunteers to drive Act on Mass’ mission of holding powerful elected officials accountable to everyday people.
Prior to navigating the halls of Beacon Hill, Erin worked on a number of electoral campaigns for pro-climate candidates at the state and national levels. Before that, she helped federal prosecutors fight white collar crime and the pharmaceutical industry as a paralegal at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston.
Whether she’s training first-time canvassers, testifying at the state house, or investigating exploitative companies, her work is guided first and foremost by her commitment to social justice and equity. Erin is thrilled to continue this same commitment in her role at All In Energy.
In her free time, Erin can usually be found hiking around Middlesex Fells, shopping at a thrift store, or losing track of time in her pottery studio.
