Energy Savings ProgramRenters, homeowners and landlords in buildings with 1-4 units can get a No-Cost Home Energy Assessment. Everyone in Massachusetts* contributes to this statewide program monthly on their utility bill, but to get the benefit, you have to request a no-cost home energy assessment.

Community SolarNot everyone can get solar panels on their roof, but whether you rent or own, you can get solar energy through community solar! When you sign up for community solar, you join a local solar farm and save money on your electric bill by buying credits from the farm at a discounted rate
By signing up for community solar, you support the development of solar energy AND save money on your electricity bill each month. There is no cost to join and no installation on your property or roof required. Customers who join now stand to benefit from guaranteed savings for 20 years. We are partnered with RelayPower, a company endorsed by the Massachusetts Sierra Club and with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, to connect you to community solar. Membership is currently available to all Massachusetts National Grid Electricity customers and Eversource electricity customers in Massachusetts. |
