We work hand-in-hand with cities, local community organizations, and clean energy companies to connect communities of color, non-English speakers, and renters to energy-saving programs and affordable renewable energy. Account Associate (Bilingual Spanish/ English)
We’re seeking a caring and detail-oriented, fully bilingual in Spanish and English Account Associate to help Spanish- and English-speaking residents in the Merrimack Valley navigate their way through Massachusetts’ generous, but complicated energy efficiency programs. The individual in this role must be fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish at a professional level.
Community Programs and Partnerships Manager
We are seeking a collaborative, relationship-driven, community-centered Community Programs and Partnerships Manager to lead and strengthen partnerships with municipalities, community-based organization, and local stakeholders across Massachusetts. This role focuses on supporting community outreach campaigns that connect historically underserved residents and small businesses with energy efficiency and renewable energy programs.
Senior Manager of Merrimack Valley Renewal Fund
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution and oversight of the Merrimack Valley Renew Program (Renew). This position is critical to ensuring the program’s success, impact, and alignment with goals set by the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER). This role will manage a large, complex project portfolio, making strategic decisions for your scope of work, coordinating across multiple external and internal teams, and managing the project’s budget. On a daily basis, this position will interact with program partners, evaluate progress, lead problem solving efforts, and prepare coordination meetings.
Community Outreach Ambassador
We’re seeking two dynamic and passionate bilingual individuals (English and Spanish) to join our team as Community Outreach Ambassadors. In this role, you will execute outreach campaigns that connect residents with no-cost home energy assessments and community energy programs. Help connect families to programs supporting projects such as weatherization, energy bill savings, heat pumps, rooftop solar, and more
Bilingual Energy Specialist Pre-Apprenticeship
We are seeking 2 dynamic and passionate bilingual individuals (English and Spanish) to join our Energy Specialist Pre-Apprenticeship program. Through this Pre-Apprenticeship, All In Energy offers a comprehensive 8-month training program that combines hands-on and classroom-based learning to prepare you for a career as a residential Energy Specialist.
