Save money and energy at home with the
Home Modernization Navigator initiative
The Latinx Community Center for Empowerment (LCCE) is excited to partner with All In Energy, a nonprofit organization working with the City of Lowell to raise awareness in our community about the Home Modernization Navigator.
The Home Modernization Navigator is a local, no-cost service created to help renters, homeowners, and rental property owners understand different energy efficiency programs and incentives available and what is right for you. The All In Energy specialists will provide resources and support to help residents access energy efficiency services, learn how to save on energy costs, access local rebate programs and incentives for clean energy, energy efficiency, and sustainable transportation.
Our specialists can also provide an analysis of your utility bills to help you understand its different sections, find out if you’re paying more than you should (including by paying too much to a private electricity supplier and how to cancel the contract), help you enroll in reduced gas and electric rates, community solar (when available), prevent utility service shut offs and more.
This service is available to residents of Lowell,
as well as residents of
Chelsea, Framingham, and Springfield,
and is offered in
English, Spanish, Portuguese and Khmer
