Genesis Hernandez, Bilingual Communications/Marketing Fellow

Genesis Hernandez is a visual art student at Bunker Hill Community College. She immigrated to the United States from the Dominican Republic to get a better education. She arrived in New York City in 2011 without knowing anything about the language and a new culture, but that was not a barrier for her and for her dreams. Her last semester at Bunker Hill Community College would be in Spring 2022. Her internship is in Bilingual Communication / Marketing. Genesis likes to travel and also get photos of where she goes. In this internship, she wants to learn about marketing as well as how to help the community.
